BetaBinary Scam

Provider checks / Broker warning

Editorial verdict

Do not deposit with BetaBinary.

Unverified company credentials, reported execution problems and withdrawal concerns make BetaBinary a poor choice for your money. A signal provider’s recommendation does not resolve those issues.

Domains covered: betabinary.ke and betabinary.com

This is an editorial risk assessment, not a finding of criminal fraud. The warning draws on published marketing and attributed investigations; no live-account tests were conducted for this article.

Check the broker behind the signal

A trading signal and a broker are separate services. Even a useful prediction cannot make a broker execute fairly or release your money. If a Telegram group, copy trader or automated system directs you to BetaBinary, check the broker independently before following that instruction. Ask whether the promoter receives referral payments and whether the strategy works with other eligible providers. A referral arrangement is not automatically dishonest, but it creates an incentive to obtain your signup. Screenshots of successful calls do not verify the company holding your deposit. Do not let a free signal turn an unresolved broker check into a rushed payment.

Comparison from the brokerlistings.com investigation. These are its reported test findings, not a fresh count of today’s platform.

The BetaBinary marketing page also promotes more than one million active traders, $50 million in daily volume and a 4.9/5 rating from over 50,000 reviews. Those figures have not been independently verified for this warning. Ask for the source of the rating and the definitions behind the customer and volume counts. Testimonials selected by the seller cannot establish either. Popularity claims should never replace evidence about account ownership and completed withdrawals.

Evidence to examine

CheckReported concern and practical check
OrdersReviewers reported delayed or failed orders. Check confirmations and timestamps; speed claims alone do not prove dependable execution.
ChartsThe investigation reported controls that did not work. A feature shown on screen still needs to function.
TermsReviewers reported a non-working terms link. Obtain the current agreement and withdrawal conditions before funding.
WithdrawalsThe review refers to unpaid-withdrawal allegations. Seek evidence of receipt and the broker’s substantive response to each complaint.
Reported findings: brokerlistings.com, September 2026. Customer allegations have not been independently adjudicated here.

Identify the company and its permission

The binaryoptions.net investigation reports that it could not verify BetaBinary’s operating company or financial licence, and found no CMA registration match under the brand name. That leaves a basic question: which identifiable business would owe you your balance? Require the legal entity, licence reference and permitted activities. Kenyan readers can consult the Capital Markets Authority’s register. Match the company and website, then establish whether the permission covers the product and your location. A Kenyan domain or support for M-Pesa is not financial authorisation. Nor is a company-incorporation certificate.

Read the payout correctly

A 950% maximum payout, also advertised by BetaBinary, is not a 950% expected return. A high payout can apply to a low-probability outcome. Check the qualifying contract, settlement rules and whether the quoted percentage includes the returned stake. The headline does not tell you your chances of winning.

What the evidence can establish

A losing trade, an unpopular fee or a disclosed synthetic market does not prove fraud. Deception involves false claims or conduct that contradicts what customers were promised. The published concerns justify avoiding BetaBinary without pretending that every complaint has been proven. The binaryoptions.net review also describes similarities with TagOption. Those similarities warrant scrutiny but do not independently establish common ownership. Treat each exact domain and contracting company as something to verify. A familiar-looking interface cannot transfer another firm’s reputation or licence.

Already deposited? Take these steps

Stop adding money while the concerns remain unresolved. Request a withdrawal through your existing verified account route, retain the confirmation and ask for the written reason for any delay. Identity checks may require documents; they should not require another investment. Never provide banking passwords or a wallet recovery phrase.

Step 01

Keep the records

Save the exact domain, messages, payment receipts, account history and withdrawal requests. Keep dated copies of the applicable terms.

Step 02

Contact the payment provider

Ask your bank, card issuer, mobile-money provider or sending exchange about dispute and recovery options. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Step 03

Report suspected deception

Give the relevant regulator and local fraud-reporting authority a dated account of what was promised and what happened.

Step 04

Reject further payment demands

Do not pay unexplained release charges or a service promising guaranteed recovery. Another trade cannot reverse a previous loss.

Does one successful withdrawal prove a broker is safe?

No. It confirms only that one payment arrived. The FBI explains that investment scammers sometimes permit early withdrawals to encourage larger deposits. This is general fraud guidance, not a verified finding about every BetaBinary account. Do not fund a suspicious platform merely to test it.
