Provider checks / Broker warning
Editorial verdict
Do not deposit with Tickz.
Unresolved licensing questions, costly withdrawal provisions and reported payment problems make Tickz a poor choice for your money. A polished app or signal service’s recommendation does not resolve those concerns.
Provider covered: tickz.com and the Tickz app, operated by Trusteo Ltd.
This is an editorial assessment, not a finding of criminal fraud. It draws on published terms, licensing claims, customer reports and attributed testing. No live-account tests were conducted for this article.

Check the broker behind the signal
A profitable-looking signal cannot establish that the broker will treat your money properly. If a trading group requires a Tickz account, ask why that provider is necessary and whether the promoter earns referral payments. An affiliate relationship is not automatically dishonest, but it creates a reason to encourage deposits. Check the provider independently. A screenshot of winning positions tells you nothing about withdrawal charges, financial permissions or the experience of customers trying to leave. Avoid pressure to fund an account before those questions have clear answers.
Read the costs before trusting the promises
Withdrawal commission
Up to 20%
Maximum reserved in the agreement.
Dormant-account charge
$50
Monthly fee stated in the agreement.
Source: clause 4.3 of Tickz’s English-language client agreement, published on its Arabic subdomain.
The withdrawal percentage is a contractual maximum, not proof that every withdrawal attracts that charge. Ask for the actual fee applicable to your account and payment method in writing. An inexpensive entry point means little if leaving proves expensive. Read the agreement available in your account and preserve a dated copy; promotional assurances should not override the contract you accept.
Evidence to examine
| Check | Published provision and practical check |
|---|---|
| Processing | Clause 4.5 specifies withdrawal processing within five business days, subject to sufficient funds and applicable fees. Ask what remains outstanding if delayed. |
| Dormancy | The agreement defines dormancy as three months without use or activity. Check when charges begin and how to close an unused account. |
| Identity | The terms reserve a 180-day hold on the initial deposit if requested identity documents are not provided. Resolve document requirements before funding. |
| Products | The agreement describes fixed-time trades and defines stock trading as non-leveraged CFDs. Establish what each order buys; do not assume share ownership. |
Identify the company and its permission
Tickz names Trusteo Ltd and claims Mwali International Services Authority licensing under reference T2022073 on its French-language website. Naming an operator helps readers investigate; it does not establish which protections apply. The verification page linked by reviewers displays an active status alongside a licence end date of 17 February 2025. That inconsistent record does not establish a current permission. It also does not, by itself, prove that no renewal occurred. Require current evidence, then independently check the covered products, permitted countries and available complaint route. Do not assume an offshore licence provides compensation or supervision equivalent to your home regulator’s arrangements.
Downloads are not financial protection
Tickz’s Google Play listing shows more than one million downloads and identifies Trusteo Ltd as the developer. Those are verifiable signs of an operating app. Downloads do not count profitable customers or completed withdrawals, and app-store availability does not establish financial authorisation.
Separate complaints from proven deception
A Google Play exchange dated 9 April 2026 records a customer alleging an almost two-week withdrawal delay. Tickz replied that withdrawals were usually instant and requested further details. The exchange does not show the eventual outcome. Separately, binaryoptions.net reports trading binary-style contracts while support denied offering a binary platform. That reported mismatch deserves an explanation; its account tests were not reproduced here.
A losing trade, a dealing-desk model or a clearly disclosed fee does not prove fraud. False promises or withholding money contrary to agreed conditions would be different concerns. Our recommendation to avoid Tickz rests on unresolved protection questions, contractual costs and reported service problems. You can reject a provider without claiming that criminal fraud has been established.
Already deposited? Take these steps
Stop adding money while your concerns remain unresolved. Request a withdrawal through your existing verified account route. Ask for a written breakdown of fees, outstanding checks and the expected processing date. Never share a banking password or wallet recovery phrase.
Step 01
Keep the records
Save payment receipts, withdrawal requests, account history, support messages and dated copies of the terms that applied to your account.
Step 02
Contact the payment provider
Ask your bank, card issuer or sending exchange promptly about dispute and recovery options. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Step 03
Report suspected deception
Give the relevant regulator and local fraud-reporting authority a dated account. Distinguish trading losses from money allegedly withheld.
Step 04
Reject further payment demands
Do not pay unexplained release charges or guaranteed recovery services. Another deposit or promised winning trade cannot undo a previous loss.
Does one successful withdrawal prove a broker is safe?
No. It confirms one payment arrived. The FBI explains that investment scammers may permit early withdrawals to encourage larger deposits. This is general fraud guidance, not a verified finding about a particular Tickz account. Do not deposit simply to test a provider you already distrust.
